Anne's  Fall Creek Cottage

From Clayton, Ga. and all points North:

Take hwy 76 East from Clayton (look for the McDonalds and a Walgreens).  In about 8-9 miles you will cross the Chattooga River (the state line between GA and SC).  Once in SC - go 2 miles  and take the first paved left on to Chattooga Ridge Road (look for red sign that say Unlimited Stone Works).  Go 2 miles and turn left on to Fall Creek Road (gravel) and go 1/2 mile(don’t turn off this road).  See the Fall Creek Cottage on the right.  Concrete driveway, red metal gate (open) and a sign post with red reflector.  Driving time is about 20 minutes.  The phone number at the Cottage is 864-647-7115. For navigation aid, the Cottage address is 250 Fall Creek Road in Mountain Rest, SC 29664.

From I-85 and all points South:

Take exit number 1, Hwy 11 towards Walhalla. It will intersect with highway 24. Turn left on Hwy 24 to Westminster, SC. In Westminster turn left onto Hwy 123/76. As you leave town look for Hwy 76 turning right towards Longcreek, SC.  Once you see the Long Creek Volunteer Fire Dept. on your left - continue another 2 1/4 miles.  Turn right onto Chattooga Ridge road (look for red sign that says Unlimited Stone Works).  Go 2 miles on Chattooga Ridge Road and look for Fall Creek road (gravel) on your left.  Turn left here.  Go 1/2 mile (don’t turn off this road) and look for the Fall Creek Cottage on the right at the bottom of the hill.  It has a concrete driveway; red metal gate (open) and a sign post with a red reflector.  The phone number at the Cottage is 647-7115.   For naviagtion aid the Cottage address is 250 Fall Creek Road in Mountain Rest, SC 29664.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

GENERAL INFORMATION RESERVATIONS : Reservations will be pre-paid. Payment required in full within 11 days of making reservations, unless within 21 days of arrival, then complete payment in full. If booking 60 days or more in advance - send deposit with in 11 days of booking.

DEPOSIT = 1/2 the rental rate. BALANCE due 30 days before arrival.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations must be made with at least 14 days notice to be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made 13 to 2 days before your reservations are 50% refundable. Cancellations made the day before or the day of the reservation are non-refundable.

PEACE AND QUIET: We ask that there be no parties as the Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and we don't wish to disturb our neighbors.

PETS: We love them too, but in consideration of our other guests (allergic and otherwise) we don't allow pets.

NO in the house please.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: All reservations require a $100.00 damage deposit. Options include: holding your credit card number with exp. date on file - OR - we will hold a signed check written for $100.00 to be returned within 15 days of your departure if there are no property damages or extra cleaning costs.

UPON DEPARTURE: Please leave your keys on the kitchen table and lock the doors on the way out. Please leave the property in the same good condition that you found it, to include washing the dishes, vac/sweep the floors, and bag up the trash. Please gather all the towels and bed linens and pile them by the door. THANKS!

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT It is understood that:

1. OCCUPANCY:

A. Guests will restrict occupancy to the 8 person limit.

B. NO PETS are permitted and if one is brought, DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND OCCUPANCY REFUSED.

C. NO HOUSE PARTIES, FRATERNITIES ALLOWED. Should these attempt to occupy the property, occupants will be asked to vacate the Cottage and all moneys will be forfeited.

D. No in the house please.

2. DISTURBANCE: Occupancy and use of the premises and amenities shall not disturb the neighbors or neighborhood. Anne and Dave Perrin have the right to terminate this agreement, ask disruptive guests to vacate and all moneys will be forfeited.

3. DAMAGES: Guest agrees to be responsible for all damages and/or excessive cleaning caused by members of the guest's party and agrees to pay all costs including collection costs and attorney's fees, incurred as a result of such damages.

4. PERSONAL ITEMS: Anne and Dave Perrin are NOT responsible for guests' belongings which are lost or left behind.

5. Injury or Loss: Guest agrees to hold Anne and Dave Perrin harmless for any loss, injury, whatsoever, that may occur on the property during occupancy.
